I’m a trans man who transitioned 15 years ago and live almost entirely stealth. I would NEVER enter the men’s restroom when I didn’t pass, because it would be weird for everyone involved. If I enter a space that I don’t originally belong to, it is my responsibility to enter that space with respect and humility. It’s like being a polite guest. If any "trans man" would enter the men’s room without no effort to pass, even I would be incredibly offended, uncomfortable and even disturbed. You don’t get to dictate as a guest how to flaunt yourself, regardless if you are in someone else’s home or visiting a foreign country.

What I've heard Blair do is call out people who are militant and say they are trans but make no effort to look female (or male) What people don't seem to understand is that many-- maybe even most women (with xx chromosomes)--tend to have a sixth sense about threatening situations. We've learned to listen to our spidey senses. If I walk into a bathroom and there is someone there who sets those senses tingling I will turn around a walk out. It's not transphobia, it's common sense.

I imagine that they're dealing with a lot of the same problems I did because people have been repeating history since history began and also have some things both harder and easier than I did because times just change. One thing i will always respect blaire for is shes willing to call predators out, people like eli Elrick for example a trans person who has admitted and had Instagram posts where they said they would send any kids hormones and instructions on how to use them if that child wants to be trans which is extremely predatory and extremely harmful and dangerous to kids physically, the crazy thing is eli elrick is still getting great publicity and opportunities from "LGBTQ media" despite that predatory behaviour, shes also called out jessica yaniv on multiple occasions for her predatory behaviour, she also called out alok vaid-manon who is an EXTREMELY famous person for the things they have said the main one being "little girls can be kinky too", people always say blaire is bad for the trans community but then the "community" and i use that word loosely gives publicity people like the ones i just mentioned. This is why i think lumping people together as a "community" is never a good thing because the bad people in those communities will have their wrong doings ignored in the name of acceptance.

Hello Alexis! First time I have come across your content. I clicked on it because I’m a
follower/subscriber of Blair White’s. I’m a 58 year old lesbian that isn’t very thrilled about the current state of LGBTQ++++ in regards to the indoctrination of children from the likes of Jeffrey Marsh and other TikTok creators that target children. These people that claim to be transgender these days are posers. It hurts my soul for the children that actually DO suffer with gender identity. I can’t begin to imagine how hard it is not just on the child but that child’s loved ones. It’s like these people are taking the piss out of them. I watched slowly the way they were coming for the kids and I didn’t fight for my rights as a lesbian in the 80’s to see drag queen story hours for young children. Had I known then what I know now I would have stayed in the proverbial closet. But with that being said, when I found Blair I didn’t read the title to the video properly. I knew it was about the radical left trans videos. Like the ones you reacted to here. I didn’t even realize right away that Blair was trans. I was blown away by her. She restored my faith in humanity that day. I just wanted to say YOU my dear are a breath of fresh air! Beautiful, obviously intelligent, well spoken and deserving of respect.
I spent 2 months in the UK last summer to fight against pedophilia (I attended a conference) I loved the country loved the people and can’t wait to return! Great video! I am looking forward to seeing more. I promise no long comments next time… 😬

I feel like a lot of her opinions are just smartass/verbal defensiveness. She can be judgemental and insecure which comes off as a superiority complex. Despite this, I do find her interesting because she has that damaged inner child that is still very visible. Some of Blaire's complaints are valid and she is beautiful. I can see why people are envious of her and try to use her to get attention for themselves.

She’s prettier than the average born female like my son thought she was pretty and was shocked to find out she was trans. Just like he was shocked to find out Gigi gorgeous it was trans And he’s like but they’re beautiful… When you get facial feminization surgery, how much it feminizes your face depends on what the surgeon does not the hormones there’s a lot of people who don’t get the facial feminization surgery. They’ll never get it because they don’t wanna have it they’re not gonna look like you were Blair without it and I just think maybe they’re jealous. Maybe they can afford it but I’m starting to see a lot of entitlement in the gay community. I am a part of the gay community and it is changed so much since the the late 90s to early 2000s

I have had colored hair for almost my entire teen/adult life (I’m 41 now) and it’s really frustrating how it’s now associated with nonbinary/super woke liberal people. I have been called “they/them” in the nonbinary way a couple of times and it is so jarring to me. In the past I had short hair and it made me look somewhat boyish. At the time I was fine with it but now looking back it didn’t make me feel very attractive and I can recognize it may have been part of my low self esteem. I try to look as feminine as I can now and it’s actually somewhat insulting if people put that label on me when I am clearly presenting fully female. I am not going to change my hair color because of it but I hope people will choose to get to know me and realize I am so far from that type of person.

You know the crazy thing is Blaire has been doing and saying almost the same things with barely any change of stance and everything she said 8 years ago has happened, she warned them all and they calls a trans woman transphobic despite most of them not being gay or trans. queer label i personally believe is the new 'emo' like Blaire said, but I dont care what others do or see thenmselves, im just not going to call anyone a they/them singular, or it/its which is just next level dehumanisation and indicates an urgent need for therapy. I also think its gross that 'NB' just insert themselves into the 'trans umnbrella'; and call people like you transphobic if you don't simple accept them as being in any way related to your life experience whcih clearly it doesn't

Meaning, it doesn’t seem like people were as upset about trans women using the women’s restroom then, as they are today. Nowadays, with the addition of non binary people, and self ID, there is a lot more focus on it. I’m not sure that this focus has helped trans women much at all.

A lot of it is political theater ( I am talking the US). Transgender women have been using women's rooms for years, yet suddenly it became an issue. Why? Politics. With the acceptance of gay people and same sex marriage in the US at all time highs, the right needed a new whipping boy and trans people were it,a new wedge issues. Especially with their war on abortion rights, they have a target on their back.
Yes, issues like trans athletes, issues like self id in womens rooms, trans kids and issues of social transition without parents knowing, blockers, the non binary ppl,ha w added to it. But the reality is the right wing these days lives and dies by wedge issues. The GOP literally the last 2 elections had no platform of things they want to do, it is all division and hate.
It all really started in 2015 or so, then think why.

What differentiates the two? That you can't tell? What do you mean by w man in a dress, that you don't know ( and I am asking a general question). The UK self id law or the fitness factory self id policy is idiotic, or the person with a beard and a dress going into a women's room.
But let's say it is a trans woman who doesn't look like Alexis or Blaire White but is taller, has big hands, strong features, who comes in, uses the restroom and leaves?
Sadly there are a lot of anti trans types who call all trans women ',men in a dress', yet ironically are fine with a trans man with a beard and body hair being there..*sigh*

You can usually tell, when it comes down to a man in a dress who does not pass well, which ones are there because they're genuinely trans, and which ones are there because it's a fetish. Often it's down to body language, but what they're wearing etc. We never had a problem with someone who was genuinely trying to pass but couldn't help their features like height and hands. But if you're a dude just wearing a tight minidress and you're lingering and giving off creepy vibes... different story.

I have a strange way of looking at trans and non-binary people. I don't think trans and non-binary are necessary the same since trans still falls into the "gender binary" (man and woman). While non-binary falls into being well, non-binary. Other gender identities like gender-fluid and demi-girl also don't really follow the gender binary. So I just thought non-binary was a sort of spectrum of it's own

    • @cathyyoung3285
      @cathyyoung3285 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +15

Mammals are binary whether they like it or not. What they've done is made tomboys and feminine males into an identity. For example, I am a tomboy, and always have been. I wear mens clothing because it's comfortable, not because I'm non binary. I'm a woman who works on cars and prefers male clothing, but I can also quilt, crochet, bake my own bread, and can my own food, which are traditionally female things. Liking both things does not make me non binary, it makes me a woman who does not fit a stereotype. Fashion choices and hobbies do not define your identity

    • @ashliekeel1598
      @ashliekeel1598 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

The terms 'male' and 'female' are not gender terms, but sex terms. Gender terms are 'man' and 'woman' which reflect the person based on how society's sees an individual. Someone who is non-binary is still either male or female, but doesn't see themselves as a man or woman.

I have checked out several of your videos for a bit now... as well as several of Blaires. From an outsider looking into your world, I think you two are fairly similar. I think you're a bit gentler on where/how you speak. I can relate to your ability to try to see all the angles. However, I think Blaire has seen more of the stupidity that is diluting and ultimately disparaging your community. As such, Blair has no problem being more direct and letting the chips fall where they must. I think it offends her most the gender dysphoria has become a joke and used as a crutch for a social fad.
Culturally, we are at a tipping point and need both your methods of delivery, her blunt and callous, and your gentle coaxing. I won't pretend to understand your world. Learning to be comfortable as woman in general is tough enough for me. But I appreciate both ways you and Blaire contribute to the conversation. You are new to me, so hello from Vancouver Canada. I love that Blaire slams the woke, weird misogynists with the colored hair. I'm a 1st gen Punk in my 60s who had colored my hair, had mohawks etc, since 1977. Wendy O. Williams is still my Muse. I stopped doing my hair the way I had done for decades because I did not want to even look like I supported, or was in any way affiliated with the woke alphabet cult. It annoys me every time I look in a mirror, but ultimately it's a small sacrifice. Best wishes to you. You remind me of the real transsexuals I knew and hung with in Hollywood and London, back in the day. Voices like yours, Blaire's, Buck Angel's, and Marcus Dibs' are more important than ever now. Can I just say you look lovely. Cheers!

I can’t even actually say what I want to say here on TH-cam… they always retaliate. But I just want people to feel safe in their designated spaces.

Alexis, you are just as stunning as Blaire White! You have a different 'look' but youre just as beautiful to me. As a biological woman i would be soooo happy to look like you. Youre radiant and I think your kindness really shines through and makes you glow 💖

You are such a level headed individual thank you for bringing some sanity into this crazy world we live in at the moment .
Why are the trans TikTok brigade being so unloving and ugly toward Blaire and others similar, does it come from jealousy and stupidity kind of seems that way, and a lot of ignorance they really need to open a book and educate themselves, that's if they can read that is .

Blair’s a goddess in my opinion. I love her even when I don’t agree with her. And I agree re the coloured hair - I’ve had multi coloured hair for over 30 years and now I’ve gone back to a (relatively) normal colour so I don’t get associated with the idiots.

I WILL SCREAM IT LOUD!!!! I LOVE BLAIR WHITE AND HER COMMENTS !! Blair is real ,non bias for the majority of things 😂, and I love her personality! ( also so freaking gorgeous!!) But privileged is not one of them. Blair is the realest and that’s what brings me back again and again. Alexis, I think you have come such a long way, I’ve been here since the beginning and I think you are so beautiful! We don’t agree on everything, but I’m here for you girl!! Keep doing what you’re doing cuz it works!! ❤

There's no sympathy for Devil, there's no sympathy for men.
There's is no sympathy for transwomen. There's no sympathy for transmen.
The world is a cruel place for many people 💔 😊

I love Blaire so much, I don’t think she goes too far, she is just brutally honest and it’s honestly refreshing. Alexis you are our (UKs) version of Blaire, you are the voice of reason and we love you also, but with that you are over polite - but that’s us Brits.

Also! I really want my septum pierced and used to always have brightly coloured hair, but now I am TERRIFIED to do anything like that anymore because of these militant people online who are so hostile! I do not want to be associated with them at all.

Once again totally in agreement with you. Honestly if “Tara” entered the female washroom with me, I would be confused because as you mentioned she presented as a “man”. I do understand that there are trans people that cannot afford any kind of surgery or they are not able to have the surgeries done for many reasons.
I personally had breast augmentation surgery because I breast-fed three children for a total of 4 1/2 years. I was no longer happy with the long, saggy breasts with a golf ball at the end of the sock type of look (I had it done at an early age of 36). I had the surgery because it made me happy and it still does now, at the age of 60. I did not have the surgery for anyone else, I just wanted my breasts back, So, I completely agree with your statement “only have surgery if it is what you want to do” and it makes you feel more confident about yourself. Thank you once again Alexis, for being the voice of reason! ❤️❤️

Once when I was at work, a girl (and she had long hair in a ponytail, earrings, and carrying a purse) approached me and asked where the bathrooms were. I showed her, and said "Ladies' to the left, Men's to the right" at which point she kind of huffily replied that she didn't identify as female or male. To which I thought that she made a lot effort to appear female, and also, she was going to have to choose one or the other, because we don't have a third bathroom.

I think the difference in approach between
    • Blair, who tends to be outspoken, incorrect to even sarcastic...,
    • Alexis, who is more diplomatic, understanding and sensitive...,
    is mainly because:
    1) Blair does not hide her political views + she is an open Republican.
    2) Blair has been around as youtuber, much longer and has far more reach, making him better known to both supporters and critics.
    3) Blair has done a lot of reaction videos, while Alexis doesn't yet - so she hasn't had time to make angry those people on the other side yet.
    4) Blair is the target of really nasty messages (threats of violence, graping, etc.), so it is clear that she will definitely not be kind and understanding to such people.
