    thnx for the video! The stock prices don't update when Numbers is opened right? I have to close and open to see updated stock prices. Is it possible to update when Numbers is opened?

    Only question I have is how often it updates, or does it only update the values when opening the doc? Great video I would have never guessed you can track stocks and crypto in Numbers.

    I like the practical applications of your video. Make a video that I can watch in 10 minutes and put into practice immediately. Just what a new comer to MacOS needs to put the Mac Mini to use. I can always open my brokerage account to get the details, but this is a great way to see how my portfolio is doing at a glance. Thank you Gary.

    Is there a way to disable folders on certain desktops on Mac, so that one desktop has my folders but when I three-finger swipe left the other one does not?

      No, every Desktop shows the same file contents (the Desktop folder).

    I like using numbers, but I’m pretty new to using it and thought I could find some help on YT. These videos are informative, but I noticed something when searching, he’s one of the very few making videos like these on YT. Is that an indictment of the programs popularity?

    • @macmost

      Why does it matter if it is popular?

    • @maxminutiae1170
      @maxminutiae1170 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@macmost Popular products tend to have a variety of videos and tutorials. I like to get my info from different sources. Searching for Excel tutorials gives much more diverse results than searching for the same thing in Numbers. It’s mainly just you making videos for this. Don’t get me wrong, I like Numbers, but I’d also like for more people to make videos on them to get different perspectives. This isn’t your fault of course. But it does make it look like Numbers is smaller and more niche than alternative programs.

    • @macmost
      @macmost  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@maxminutiae1170 It definitely is more niche. After all, it is only on Macs whereas Excel is on Windows and Mac, and Google Sheets as well. So it will always have a smaller audience. If having tons of tutorials and support from a massive community is your concern, then Excel is definitely the right choice for you.

    • @maxminutiae1170
