He definitely broke the rules and the logic makes sense to me but unless he sent someone to prison, got them more time, or attempted to do that to anyone...then he didnt snitch. Now if its someone living and they got more time or they got put away then they have been quiet for a few years. Would be easy to get a phone and expose what happened. Even if you come home early due to a good lawyer and your rights being violated would make you suspicious to some cats in the hood.

With the reputation and enemies Gangsta has in the city of New Orleans, that information would have surfaced by now. One thing we don't do is protect rats. At the very least, he would have gotten exposed. More importantly, we don't put rat jackets on niggas without proof. It's an automatic death sentence for the instigator.
