I absolutely loved being there for other people and helping wherever I could .. but neglecting our own health and needs eventually comes at a cost. As you say, we can reclaim those fragments - it's never too late! Switching off from technology is definitely a great suggestion, as we give so much of our time & energy towards it. How do I recall when as you said many gifts are like a forest can’t see the trees. I regained big pieces recently but these fragments so much harder I see millions of small bright orbs around it almost hypnotizing . How to recall would be very helpful. have been receiving 6 to 10 songs per day since June when life fully crashed in March not one thing untouched. I have listeners in the dog park where I chose to bring myself back. I believe my mission is to get people to talk and understand each other, maybe to heal the population from the 1% take back gods bounty
