- Ntuthuko Shoba has been found guilty of the murder of Tshegofatso Pule. Judge Stuart Wilson has delivered his judgment at the high court in Johannesburg. Pule was murdered in 2020 while eight months pregnant.

Why didn't he just let her go raise her baby alone...he cruelly robbed Tshego of her beautiful life and the baby
What I liked the most about this judgement, is that the judge followed logic and common sense and did not bombard us with technical language that usually gets used by other judges to the confusion of the public. He made me love law again, after developing a negative attitude towards it on basis of lacking logic and common sense!
Lesson learn for GBV perpetrators. Well done judge for not ignoring Mr malapane's evidence.
Premeditated murder = Life sentence with no possibility of parole..
He never even once cry when he was talking about Tshego and their relationship as well as the baby. He deserve no mercy and he need to go spend his rest of his life with his kind.

This is so strange that young girls alow toxic relationships like polygamy, someone who need a girl to terminate pregnancy doesn't love her.

It has nothing to do with polygamy. It is simply an act of criminal barbarism. Polygamy has been there for ages without women being brutalized the way it is happening today. Thanks to all those who made sure a proper verdict is reached.

The Preciding Judge has dealt with the matter fairly, and diligently. I wish Senzo Meyiwa 's case was presided by this Judge, for justice purposes.

Well it is true, he may have a grandiose sense of self and thought Tshego was insignificant but hey he is but a smudge And his self importance will matter even less where he is going.
