I'm normally dubious of timed or chaos mechanics. I railed against the lack of a pause button in my "Power To The People" video. However, SWOTS was built with this chaos in mind so its presence feels more natural. The accessibility menu lets you control the pace to your comfort level. I'd suggest starting at 1.0 and then dial it down as needed. A little chaos gives this game its spice, IMHO.
I'd vote for 0.8 speed that would still be frantic enough while improving ability to follow the action.
I was able to mostly keep up with 1.0 and rather enjoyed the frantic chaos, but I’ll still watch if you end up slowing the pace a bit.

0.5-0.8 would be good. Slow it down a bit to help me stay up to speed with you. But won’t take forever to get through
I just realized that the game takes place on earth or a human colony and we are aliens harvesting humans in hunts.
