I know the finale was years after the beginning of the show, and Disney is now less strict than it has been in the past, but it's good to see it finally confirmed in the show itself after so long.
Don't you worry, Alycia, the plot is definitely thickening. The final episodes of this season _really_ get the plot going. Then season 2 ramps it up even more.

Don't forget that this wasn't the first secret room in the shack that the kids discovered. They also found that room with the cursed wax figures. This episode is proof that there's more than one secret room. I'm surprised Dipper hasn't started asking more questions about the place at this point.
The creator of the show said that the police officers were a couple. Disney wouldn't let then put it flat-out in the show so they dropped hints and their dialogue and then whenever the show is over they just came out and said it.

It's okay to point out stuff that objectively happens on-screen in the video. And "Clue at (timestamp)" is even better because the reader has to figure out what the clue even is. This one's fine, as-written. You only get into trouble if you add information. "Those are a different style of glasses than Stan wears" is at the line. "I wonder whose glasses those are" is just barely across it. (And I'm only writing this because she's already stopped leaving hearts for the week and Replies are below the fold.)

Don't get her guessing on stuff that she didn't notice. Everyone has their own experience with shows like these. Don't ruin it. Just let her have her own experience with this show, noticing the things that she notices, and guessing the things that she guesses without any hints.

This is one of my favorite episodes because it embodies what Gravity Falls is about: the two twins childhood, and end of childhood.
