    I will tell you that because that is what happened. He cheated. I’ve been doing this at the absolute highest level for over 2 decades. Any pro knows what this guy is doing. If you don’t want to believe what is right in front of you that’s fine. Just trying to help players spot obvious cheats. And even if I didn’t prove he’s rffle stacking, and he’s boxing to an out jog and he’s cutting from an obvious break to carry the slug, the guy should still be fired for just being a shitty dealer who isn’t fairly mixing the cards . But I did prove all the above… so you should just say thanks!

    It's pretty blatant that these "dealers" know how to finesse their managers into believing them over FACTUAL EVIDENCE. I personally believe, that there are some poker room managers that do not have the f****** decency to be held accountable.

    • @HoustonCurtisKardsharp
      @HoustonCurtisKardsharp  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sadly you are correct. Anytime there is corruption involving money, employees at all levels can be lured to “the dark side”. Whether they are the kind of people who can be “turned” depends on how good upper management does at vetting such character traits and how well a room is managed from the top down! To truly keep cheating out of a card room it has to be imbedded from the “top” down into the mindset of every staff member.

    These cheaters (dealers) need to be outed by name/photo to protect the integrity of the game as there is not a mechanism in Texas to prevent them from going to another poker room!

    • @HoustonCurtisKardsharp
      @HoustonCurtisKardsharp  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I agree. Seeing as how these things are often hard to prove without hiring “expert assessment” the card rooms want to bring as little attention to it as possible. In Houston Texas however? I’m afraid some of these chests could very well be working “with the house” which is another reason I’m trying to bring these things to light.

    Old school cheating deserves old school punishment, snap snap snap went the fingers

    • @HoustonCurtisKardsharp
      @HoustonCurtisKardsharp  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Also, in the old days if you got labeled as a “mechanic” or a “card cheat” if you didn’t get your ass kicked, the other biggest form of punishment was being banished from every game within at least a hundred mile radius. Those cheats had to pack up and move on to the next city or state. Now, it seems they just go across the street and start dealing for the competition. And as far as Texas is concerned, I haven’t heard of any repercussions being put on the players. But remember, poker already operates in Texas under a loophole and is still technically illegal. )Similar to the online cheating scandals that happened over a decade ago where no one was prosecuted “criminally’. But ask Howard Lederer if he’ll be playing at a WPT or WSOP event anytime soon, and the answer will be “No”. Remember, any cheating or cheater that gets caught making moves at an “unregulated” game will likely never be tried as a criminal becasue it’s extremely difficult, if not impossible to arrest someone for “cheating” in an unregulated card room. Why? How do you arrest someone for cheating in a game that is technically not legal to begin with? This is why online gambling has spent millions lobbying to be regulated and why many of the “more ethical” poker room owners in Texas are doing everything they can to lobby for regulation. However, the Texas card room owners also understand that once gambling becomes regulated in Texas and they can operate under a true gambling license, that opens them up to major competition from deep pocket corporations who would want to build brick and mortar casinos. This is why I believe …now more than ever, “poker protection” knowledge is very necessary and should be something poker players start learning more about ..quickly..before their entire bankroll gets depleted in the midst of an unregulated game filled with “bad actors.” The players MUST rely on themselves to police the games in Texas. If the majority of the players refused to allow these shenanigans at their table, the poorly ran card rooms with little to no self imposed regulation would begin to crumble. Bottom line… #staysharp, #stayprotected

    • @HoustonCurtisKardsharp
      @HoustonCurtisKardsharp  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@Delta99 at one point during the debate he mentioned something about seeing innocent dealers get accused of cheating. For that, I give you this: 1: How many dealers under this guys watch are getting accused of cheating? 2: How many of them has he defended? 3: Even if I couldn't prove the dealer was using known cheating methods during his shuffle, (which I did 100% prove) who would ever hire a dealer who shuffles cards in giant clumps, lifts the cards so high that a player across the table can see the value of the cards being so-called shuffled, and keeps his hands capping the deck through the cut holding a break? That alone is offensive enough for the dealer to be fired in my professional opinion. This is not a problem typically seen in Las Vegas, California or other regulated areas where poker rooms exist. Sure it happens, but I feel like it's running rampant in Texas and it's up to the players to demand more from the card rooms they play in. I'm sure Texas is still a far cry from the amount of corruption that happens in Los Angeles private games, but seeing videos like these makes me fear that we've only seen the tip of the iceberg. Management needs to be trained. Signs need to be posted stating what a regulation shuffling procedure should include and players need to hold these dealers accountable every time they break that procedure. Thanks for your thoughts. I agree with you....in case that wasn't obvious. lol. He did say once I proved it he would apologize. However, I haven't heard a peep from him since the video was released.
