What I love about Ali Noor is that his creativity is reflection of his inner self instead of commercial influences. Your work plays a significant part in subduing my depression as well.
After the illness, first song "nia gana banjo" 2nd song "muje jaane dae" There are some hards core fans like myself whose life is incomplete without your music. You are an icon, a milestone in Pakistan music history.

I so badly wish Noori starts making music again like the old days. I remember attending Noori's concert at LUMS ages ago. It was a chilled wintery night and Noori was the biggest thing in Pakistan in those days. I have attended a thousand concerts after that but the memory of that wintery Lahori night and everyone in the crowd drowning in the trance of Noori has never faded from my mind.
Extremely glad to see Ali Noor doing what he does best AGAIN, keep rocking and stay blessed.

It was January of 2006 and I was in 9th grade when Peeli Patti aur raja jani gol duniya got released. My cousins who liked Bollywood music laughed at me for listening to Noori. They didn't know how much therapy is Noori music when you close the room and listen loud and scream Dil ki Qasam. Now I'm a father of a 2-year-old daughter, still my favorite band is NOORI. Make more music boys.

Hi Ali Noor. I hope you get to read this. Well, if you don't get the chance, it is okay because appreciation still echos despite the recipient's absence. I have grown up on your music and it has been a privilege and joy. Your music enumerates a timeline for me (and I am sure for many others). For instance, Mere Log brings back memories of middle school. Likewise, Aik Alif maps the struggle of A-Levels, and Paar Channa De concludes the experience of university life. Apart from music, I equally enjoyed your conversations with Raza (especially the difference between mind and brain). Send him my best wishes for long life and health. I also had the privilege of meeting you in person at LUMS. I am sure you are aware of this (but I will point it out anyway) that you have not shied away from experimenting with your music. Starting with Manware up to this new Pagal, those experiments are visible and also successful. Keep doing the good work. Glad you look healthy and energetic. Umar daraz.
Noori is incomparable as always, but if we go out for a comparison ill say he is the Coldplay in Pakistan. like when we were short of good music they both come out with something life saving and surely this pagal thing is driving all noori fans crazy!
