Yeah these really do help. I’m glad you found them. They are to help us when we need to sleep or stop feeling less anxious. I e had anxiety attacks recently . One last night and it’s not a nice experience. But I need to tell myself it’s just a thought. I’m still here, In this moment, im safe, healthy, and all in all okay. You are still you but with reality thoughts. And need to say that they are just thoughts. They come and go and shouldn’t take over your life. Stay positive, and stay safe. We can do this.
