Have you ever mailed something back home to Canada? Something as big as a shoebox worth of stuff? I'm just wondering if China's mail service is reliable. Or how would someone reliably ship something out of China?
Yes. I have shipped multiple packages using multiple different companies. SF Express, China Mail, Fed Ex, and DHL are just some of them. In one of the videos, I show all the snacks I sent back to a friend in Canada.
I bought a LV bag at *suluxy* a few years ago. I took it to the LV store in my town last week to have it repaired. A store clerk inspected my bag and immediately told me that the bag was of excellent quality. She pulled a current bag out of inventory and compared the tags and I saw ZERO differences.
Yes this market started around 2002 , those were hey days and business was brisk with many foreigners from all over the world buying large quantities ( thousands) and millionaires were minted overnight. Now it’s more like retail and ppl go there to buy a couple of items and it’s no longer wholesale. Just the sign of the times and govt being much stricter on trademarks and IP. Was an amazing mkt with practically tens of thousands of different items at very cheap prices. Those days are gone.
@@collyslifeadventureinchina Oh I see what you mean. Well the prices now are nowhere near the prices in the 2000s simply because the quantities sold today are prolly 1/40 - 1/50 of that era. I should know cuz I owned several shops there back then and did it for 11 years until we thought it wasn’t worth the effort or money invested and also the legal ramifications have changed. We were there at the start lol. It was an amazing market bustling with biz and ppl from all over the world back in the days. And it was purely wholesale, no ones or twos.

This type of items are bought online, not in-person places. In short, online from beginning til end. No need to expose themselves to this public market when no one buys in-person anymore.
That's not fully true. Yes, people buy online a lot, but there is still a seller at each shop, and there are tons of people buying in person. The only difference now is they don't have tons of stuff on display, as the local police don't allow it anymore. This market also brings the sellers tons of new customers than just hoping people can find them online.
About those counterfeit products i wonder, do they only go for world wide known western brands or do they also replicate premium Chinese brands and in a way harm other Chinese companies?
