You're such an amazing creator. You're concise, precise and you speak to your audience with kindness and respect. I love that your vocabulary is immense! You're extraordinarily helpful to your viewers and you never put on aires of superiority. You're definitely my favorite perfume reviewer and one of my top 10 influencers on social media! Thank you for sharing your passion with us! 💖

It makes me truly happy to hear that you enjoy my videos and the fact I can inspire you as a creator really gives me more inspiration to continue doing it. Thanks! Have an awesome day and I hope to hear from you soon ❤️😘
Oh my...Ylang Ylang along with vanilla are my favourite accords in perfumery. You made me want this fragrance. Adding it in my Christmas wishlist right now.😍
Congratulations for finding this! Although I enjoy Ylang Ylang more on other people than on myself I'll give it a try in the mall next time. I think that Perris are a really creative brand and I mostly love Santal du Pacifique. Though they are relatively new, I - as the enthusiastic non-expert that I am - see them in the tradition of classy French houses like Goutal or L'Artisam Parfumeur. And like many of the not so much hyped-up brands they never rely on tricks like upscaling popular designer DNAs to niche level. More videos about them will be higly appreciated :)
Oh what an amazing feedback! Thank you so much. I've been so interested in their Sandalwood perfume and really want to get it for my next best of episode 😉thanks for your interest! I will be working on the top favorites from Perris monte Carlo video for sure
I got a 10ml of Perris Monte Carlo Patchouli Nosy Be with an order from Perfume Playground in the UK. It’s very good. Nosy Be it turns out is an island off the north-west coast of Madagascar in the Indian Ocean.
It is so nice when you find a perfume that you've been waiting for, for so long. I enjoyed this video for sure. Please explore for masculine hidden gems 💎
Ohh! This fragance is amazing! I can’ t live without it since I discover this gem…this Ylang Ylang is awesome for me, and if you try the extract of Ylang Ylang , perhaps you fall in love again.❤️❤️❤️ Thanks for your review. I enjoy it so much. Have a nice day! 😉😉🥰🥰🥰
I got it because your review in some other video. When I first smell it I wasn't sure what to think about it,but now I felt in love with it. I Want to try more perfumes from Perris Monte Carlo😍
It's really lovely that you could find a fragrance being reminiscent of your mum. The perfume that reminds me of my mum is Sketch by Maison Voliet Parfums which you introduced me to. 🙂
@@Tommelise The moment I smelt Sketch, I instantly thought of my mum. A frangance reminiscent of 90's perfumes with an added incense. I know incense is not listed in the notes but my mum and the temples we went to would burn these incenses which I can clearly smell in this frangance.
Perris Montecarlo is a brand I want to start collect because I realized I like most of them. Ylang Ylanga is a favorite of mine too, but Perris gas my favorite tuberose which is Tubereuse Absolue... I love It!
Oh so nice to hear from you! Actually just yesterday I thought that we haven't filmed with Benni in a long time.. Which kind of video would you like to see?
Hi Yana, can you do a video on different types of powdery scents or the perception of powdery please, I always thought powdery means dusty, dry and I'm cautious when it comes to them, too!
Helene, very good question. Powdery is a very tricky... It can be dry and dusty indeed or think about layer of pollens on lilies... It's also powdery but in the moist way. Sometimes I also feel like certain fragrances without being obviously powdery have like a Matt finish
@@helenem6458 And remember, every one’s nose is different: what some people call powdery and even what the perfumer lists as powdery, is not powdery to some people. Lol. Buckle up! I adore fresh powdery, but it can’t remind me of baby powdery. That is my search in perfumes. I found it once in a deodorant. I wish they would make that deodorant scent in a perfume.
At first snif, it was like "yeuurk" for me...i was about to sell it, but, i choose to wait ... it was the best decision ever !! My skin love it! When i wear this perfume, i feel like I'm a QUEEN! 🥰🥰
This fragrance is always is steady rotation during spring and summer. In the coming fall I will transition more towards Kiss Me Intense by Nicolai. The fragrance is a Ylang, Hedione and Heliotrope beauty. You would likely adore this scents as well.
Just ordered a sample of this! : - ) , I´ve been interested in it since your y-lang y-lang video. I very much hope that it won´t be too sweet for me. (could you please compare it to another perfume?) Because what is gourmand for me is usually described as a little bit or semi-sweet, for example slow dive from hiram green. Also I ordered a sample of the one with mimosa from Perris Monte Carlo. And I found a better perfume than bitter peach from TM, which I actually dreamt of smelling like, but it is not. It is liaisons dangereuses from Kilian. A very tart peach. So impatient to smell them all! Happy for you, to find sth. you love, dear Yana.
Well done! We'll yes, as I've said it can be compared to Linstant by Guerlain. They are very similar, sweet powdery and of course floral. But it smells more fresh and airy in the opening than linstant. Do you know it? Hiram Green slow dive smells like a natural gourmand. And their mimosa is very powdery like anisic alcohol... I've been very curious about that kilan but have read a few uninspiring reviews... They have a few nice peach frags I have playing with a devil
@@Tommelise I don´t know L´instant by guerlain. But if you compare it too signorina misteriosa (which we both have) from salvatore ferragamo, is y-lang y-lang from PM less or more sweet? thanks in advance for your answer!
It's weird, after months of not wearing Terrarossa from Enzo Galardi which has an excellent ylang-vetiver combo, I put it on yesterday and was immediately reminded of Sidonie Lancesseur's Wild Vetiver for Bentley. Can't believe I never noticed the similarity before. Enzo's version is still better, but it really makes me question just how prominent I thought the ylang-ylang was in Terrarossa. Not a floral I'm particularly into, so this was a solid recommendation Yana. And if I didn't know any better, I'd say you remind me of a Memo bottle. 😄 Or the sparkles inside of an Atelier des Ors perfume? All beautiful imo.
Hey Yana - I have been exploring ylang ylang as well recently and I found a fragrance I really think you should check out! Its called Crazy Rem by Reminiscence - It has notes of Pink Pepper and Bergamot; Ylang-Ylang and Tuberose; Vanilla, Sandalwood and Musk! Now - to me this fragrance has a bit of that summery, sun-tan lotion and vinyl beach ball smell going on at first...But the dry down is very pretty! Ylang and Vanilla! And you can literally buy a bottle for around $20! If you decide to try it - let me know what you think! xoxo - Great Video as Always!
Why are you supposedly reviewing one scent, but then talking about another scent your mum liked. Messaging is unclear and blurred, need to crisp it up in future videos.

What's your the only one?
Ohhh Yana! This perfume is a big love for me too. It will always be in my collection. Yes!! Do an updated video of your signature scents please 🙏
Oh how wonderful to know that you love it too and want to see an updated signature scent video! Will do😉
Such an underrated house. This one is amazing including Jasmin de Pays. I absolutely love this house.
Oh yes they have all kind of fragrances and they are gorgeous! Would you recommend that Jasmine?

Yes from this brand Yana
Ylang ylang with sandalwood is my favorite smell. EVER! If they had sandalwood in that fragrance my brain would have exploded.
Haha oh gosh🤣
They have a sandalwood fragrance though and it's amazeballs

One if the most beautiful ylang-ylang!👍🏻😎

I have this and its beast mode. love to wear it for night time..

Hi Yana, can you do a video on different types of powdery scents or the perception of powdery please, I always thought powdery means dusty, dry and I'm cautious when it comes to them, too!
Powdery Old lady smell. Powdery versus refreshing clean powdery. Versus gourmand powdery. So many. I have a deodorant that I love: Fresh rose powdery.
