I pulled into a 7-11 on Aurora at about 3am. I was tailgated by a girl in a bikini and thigh high boots. The catch was it was about 40 degrees, she looked horrible and was coughing. The cashier told her no loitering and that she needed to shop or leave. She bought a pack of gum, and walked out. I felt so bad for her and wanted to offer her money, but knew it was unlikely it would be used for anything other than drugs. It's just sad, its easy for some to look down on these women, but I assure you, in most cases you don't want to know their story. Any situation that makes a girl feel like life on the street is better than being with family and friends only proves how horrible that situation must be. My heart is broken. I'm certain these individuals, male and female all die far too young after a lifetime of pain.

I think it must be that they are contacted by phone and told to wait in a certain place. They don't seem to be getting any passing trade!
I think about 50 wheelchair-bound folks there should get together and sue the city for a billion dollars because the cops don't keep the sidewalks clear of homeless huts that make it impossible for wheelchairs to travel safely.
