Medium weight yarn. Specifically in this video, Red Heart Super Saver in Cornmeal.

Your videos are the best I've seen. Your verbal explanation is so clear and you always keep your work in front of the camera. After watching other videos and being discouraged I am thrilled that my friend sent me yours! I am not new to stitching but I am very new to amigurumi so I have much to learn. My only criticism is that sometimes I find the background music distracting, but it may help others. Keep up the great job teaching others!
