Really great episode. Funny enough, yesterday on a local LA sports talk radio station petros & money, the broadcasters touched on how 59fiftys became a popular fashionable item. Tom sellecks character in magnum pi wore a Detroit tigers baseball cap that made fitted baseball caps explode in popularity as a fashionable item back in 1980. The show touched a lot more on new era & its history. In a similar manner, this episode added some extra richness to our beloved fitteds. I’m digging these and the biggest benefit of them is you should never get that low old Bangladesh crown. I would assume that pinch at the top would put a end to shallow crowns 🤞

Yeah, I feel like those stock logo and patch combos work really good either with kelly green UV's or pink UV's. Gives it a nice pop of colour without being too out there, or detracting from being a classic look.
What was the 5950 A frame you showed us ? The embroidery looks awesome. I've had quite a lot of hats but wear the heck out of them and then throw them. Im going to start collecting them. My first towards the collection is a 9forty A frame NY off white cap. I used to own two awesome new era caps, which i sadly no longer own. They were 5950. One was black and red with a gold dragon, and the other was a white sox black cap. It had sox written in smaller writing all over it as well as in large writing on the front.
Exited about this. I have about 45 59Fifties but alway enjoy the handfull of 9forty aframes that I have, have that with a fitted (large head) is perfect.
I like that new era is trying new things and you guys are the first testers. Was the country who made them all the same with the 1st batch that came in?
