Considering how prenuptial agreements are easily thrown out in court, I think the better options is to set up your assets as a trust. One where you control everything but own nothing. I got a prenup but I also got lucky that my ex wife was in a position that she didn’t want to do a drawn out court process. I still cut her a check which was less than 5% of my assets, but I am thankful that my mistake wasn’t more painful.

I got married before I understood the world. I had already had a few relationships. The only women that have the potential to work out are the ones with strong fathers that are actively in their lives. It also doesn't hurt to marry into a culture where family is valued higher, you then marry into a family. That comes with extra responsibility, but the family looks out for you, they become your tribe. Put those things together and we are likely not talking about a western woman. I will definitely teach my son not to commit for a long, long time.

Considering how prenuptial agreements are easily thrown out in court, I think the better options is to set up your assets as a trust. One where you control everything but own nothing. 1. Only show about 10% of what you have. That should be plenty to indicate your viability as a husband and possible father.
2. Get out of hell holes like Miami, Dubai, etc. Those places attract the worst females. Your fault for playing in that sandbox. Lots of deceit on both sides.
3. Try Eastern Europe and other locations where you can meet her family and friends from her youth.
4. If she does not have a strong connection to a religious upbringing disqualify her.
5. Get to know her mother and father. All of that should be healthy.

I do not know if this is still a thing BUT I do remember some years ago when "Palimony" was a big thing. According to the way judges looked at it if you are co-habitating(7 years together sometimes constitutes common law marriage) for a period of time you may be subject to a financial penalty if you terminate that relationship.

I got married before I understood the world. I had already had a few relationships. The only women that have the potential to work out are the ones with strong fathers that are actively in their lives. It also doesn't hurt to marry into a culture where family is valued higher, you then marry into a family. That comes with extra responsibility, but the family looks out for you, they become your tribe. Put those things together and we are likely not talking about a western woman. I will definitely teach my son not to commit for a long, long time.

In agricultural societies having kids was a financial positive, a necessity even (labor on the farm, retirement plan). In industrialized welfare state societies having kids is a financial negative. Yeah there's the emotional side and your instinct to reproduce which can't be quantified in money but in purely economic terms having kids is a net negative these days. Until the economics changes I don't see the declining birthrate trends changing
