  • People living with HIV/AIDS in the Eastern Equatoria State capital Torit say stigma and poverty has contributed to the spread of the virus in the state. Health officials say many who are infected hide to avoid discrimination and stigma. For VOA News Kaltuma Vanesa reports from Torit, Eastern Equatoria state.
