@@CareersTalk lots of colleagues from my team has done this and switched to other companies as sm role , some without doing csm and some with csm ,but some companies need csm for sm role, so i don't want to miss out that company just because of no certification, that's why i have done it.
Jayashree it's not about the certification for sure. As u said, without even certifications people are cracking interviews. So, it upto our skill not just certificate dear.
