My favorite was the gray scarf, simple yet elegant. I'm trying these head wraps for the very first time as I'm going to be living in an RV for the next 6 months and need to do something with my hair on the days I don't get to shampoo and I don't want to cut it. Love the way you get straight into your demos without any preparatory talk, not that preparatory talk is bad, it's not at all, but sometimes it's good to just go for it. OMGosh absolutely beautiful ways to tie a scarf. I have a brain tumor and need to keep my head covered while I’m out and frankly I’m sick of wearing ball caps and do-rags. I will definitely be giving some of these styles a try. - hugs, Sherry

I have been trying to grow my hair during the pandemic after wearing wigs for a decade. Of course my hair is a thin, mess and I don’t want to go out in a ball cap or something while I’m growing it out (and it is growing) and these African wraps are so very beautiful and timeless. Classy and versatile. Makes me feel like a dork for wasting my time trying to keep my hair under wraps and going for European styles! My BF is Dutch and LOVES them. I really like these and you make it look so simple. But for reason when I attempt these it looks like I have on a head rag. Sigh I am determine to get these techniques down. Thank for sharing and blessing to you in the days to come.
The Duo scarves is a brilliant idea. Keep doing your thang.
To help keep the scarf on the head, I use a mesh wig cap and/or eco gel on my edges. Then I lay the edge of the scarf on top of the gel on my hair. The gel dries and holds the scarf around your face in place. It's worked for me because I have alopecia and scarves would just slide off. It's nice to not have to wear a wig all the time and it's more comfortable.

Very elegant & well demonstrated. Please can you give us approximate length and width of material/scarf you need to work with. My scarfs seem to be to long or too narrow or too short or wide 😞
Wow this lady know how to do these scarfs ..i got to learn how to do some of these and they can be very stylish with jeans ..slacks and long skirts also with blazers...l really love scarfs with different colors and patterns.

Beautiful! To preserve the oil in you hair wear a silk scarf or satin hair cap first then tie your decorative scarf over that. Just BEAUTIFUL!!!

@@Rashiiidah I primarily use jersey fabric. Nothing silky because that doesn't even pretend to stay on.
Used another type of fabric. Stretchy best.
Maybe not use slippery scarves because they do move and slide. I buy yardage material made of a jersey/rayon. It's very stretchy and will not slide. Play around with them experiment..have fun!♥️
