👍you should put the charcoal in pantihose or an aquarium filter bag to make it easier to replace, you should replace the charcoal often because once it obsorbs the nutrients and becomes full it will start to release it back into the water. This is how i keep my aquarium clean, don’t forget to clean the charcoal first. The old used charcoal becomes fertiliser for yor garden.
YOU DIDNT REALLY SHOW HOW THE POOL PUMP WORKS IN ALL OF THIS ? HOW IT CIRCULATES THUR THE SYSTEM FROM THE TROUGH BACK IN? THATS WHERE IM LOST TRYING TO DO THIS AS WELL! ITS BRILLIANT ! ❤
A leaf eater and a diverted system works better, the leaf eater makes sure leaves don't make it to your tank, the diverter collects a couple of gallos of the first dirty water that comes from the roof, my gutter is built in the 6 inch thick concrete roof, I'm cleaning my tank every couple of years, water will enter a 200 gallon cistern, will get pumped to roof to a 55 gallon drum inside a metal cage to protect from sun light and hurricanes, I live on off grid water.
@Farm_Projects it's a regular rain harvesting system, the only difference is I use a 12v pump, I have coop build videos on my chicken bunker, watering system not in yet because I'm building the run first, but if you scroll down to my very first video, the rain head and diverter is the same I'm using for the coop, it's called 10,000 gallon rain harvesting system with 12v pumping system., the coop will use a smaller system.

@Farm_Projects I have another video called, prepper shed cistern and 12v pumping system, this is exactly what I'm doing for the coop.
@Farm_Projects Sorry , watch prepper shed micro rain harvesting system, that's what you want to see, it has a clear view of the rain head and diverter
❤
Thanks
Is there a need for clean water other than for livestock, but is this development difficulty for the needs of the community ❓ 🇮🇩
our chickens were getting sick and we did not know what caused it till we changed the water. No more sick chickens
@Farm_Projects it could be because of the water, hopefully the problem will be resolved 🙏
