In America shredded refers to like thin strips, grated would be like a crumbled hard cheese like parmigiano reggiano or pecorino romsno

we call it both. When it comes pre "grated" in a package we call it shredded cheese because it comes in a thing long strip. The process of grating it we still call it grating cheese.

I just want to give a thanks to Darling for keeping true to her name. I’ve noticed some other ASMR content creators have gotten pretty snooty and seem more focused on showing themselves off than making content for their fans.
Darling has kept her same persona and that patent nice/positive Darling attitude throughout her channel’s history. Props to her, hopefully she keeps making great videos for a long time to come :)
