The bottom line if you can afford to buy a brand new car, with a fresh scent of smell, first user/driver on it, then why not. Buy it and enjoy it. But if you're on a budget and being practical amount your money considering opportunity costs of it, then pre-owned cars are viable option. It's discounted already because of depreciation of it. Consider the condition, model and mileage of it, inspect it carefully and test drive it. Make sure titles and LTO ownership is transferred to you. Good luck!
