    The DCAU didn't really end, anyways. Considering over the years we've still had some sort of continuation here and there, it really only seems to be a matter of time before they try to bring it back wholesale (though they'd have to do it without the voice that began the whole thing, RIP Kevin Conroy).
    Of course, the quality of the continuations can have their own questions, or their relevance. For instance, I think Gotham Girls is fun, but it's not exactly much of anything big (and its runtime is not much of anything at all), and I know the Batman and Harley Quinn movie has mixed opinions from fans.

      Batman and Harley Quinn is more of an "adjacent-Todd" thing. It was later revealed to be a one-off due to the contradictions concerning Batman & Nightwing's relationship at the time of the transition between League and Unlimited being...a bit too healthy when it's confirmed that on Earth-508 Bruce and Dick never reconcile...because Earth-508 Bruce is a stubborn ol' Bat that much like Ray Palmer thinks his view is the only one that counts...to the point he'll even push Superman and Wonder Woman away just to be the villain in the end.
      Should have been a bridge league movie though.

    Another flaw of Justice League Unlimited is the introduction of the infamous Bat-embargo, which prevented the team from using any of Batman's supporting characters and villains, especially the Joker. And also Aquaman in the later seasons because of a stupid pilot that was never picked up by the network.

    • @DianaGohan
      @DianaGohan 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's not really a flaw of the show though but rather DC Executives who wanted Batman's villains and supporting characters (well the most known ones anyway some more obscure picks did slip through the cracks) to be on The Batman.... for those who weren't there talking about the kids WB Animated series not the Matt Reeves film. Which yeah is really stupid especally when we get to season 3's Legion of Doom as it feels asinine Joker or Clayface or Riddler or any of the beloved Batman villains aren't a part of that.

      @@aidanhever3369 Yeah not to mention Aquaman not appearing after season 1 of JLU.... can we just agree that any of these character embargos are like really stupid and pointless? I know some people complain about characters being constantly used but you really think anyone isn't going to want to watch The Batman just because like Two face also appeared in JLU or some crap like that? Cause yeah it's a stupid idea I don't think is as much a thing anymore but really shouldn't have been a thing ever.

    • @Superlad9494
      @Superlad9494 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@DianaGohan Wonder Woman was also dealing with Embargos herself at the time due to multiple reasons.
      JLU was initially going to be all about Wonder Woman and her mythos as well as her dynamic in the league, but due to arguments about where Wonder Girl was to go with the Teen Titans program at the same time since Murikami wanted to adapt New Teen Titans loosely with the full comic lineup from 1980 which included Donna and Wally (Wally had to wait until JLU ended because in the Timmverse, we the audience are either Wally or Kara depending on what part of life you're at when they get the spotlight.)....yes that embargo was literally a "Wonder-Chick" fight...she wound up getting one of those "she can appear, but no one else and she better be saving everyone's behinds more than hers gets saved" deals...not to say that she didn't get a few moments where she needed help, but they had to be outweighed by her saving the boys...including Superman and Batman...so JLU still showcased some Wonder Woman themes ane would make vague Rucka and Byrne run allusions while still using the 1987 George Perez design, but overall the Timmverse team kept Diana at "Bob Kanigher's late golden age story power levels and poor writing bits" instead of his silver age updates even if they were weird.
      Logically though in that Wonder Woman business, it should have been
      Donna on Teen Titans, Cassie on Justice League...and would have met the requirements of "No more than two versions of the same character appearing at once" mandate of the Bat-Embargo (note: Batman had a special deal on 3 versions for JLU because he's the Flagship Earth-508 character.) and they could have easily met the Wonder Woman rules by pairing Cassie up with Kara, Wally, Courtney, Nat, Hank, Don and Kyle once by making it clear that sometimes Hank, Kyle and Wally do get in a jam (not Don though because Dove is the only male who actually gets how to do things Diana's classic Pre-Crisis way initially before Wally and Kyle also later learn how to....and Kyle does such a good job at it that he qualifies for the violet ring, not just green.) and added a throwaway line about Cassie's origins too.
      Then instead of citing android design issues for Wonder Woman on The Batman (2004)'s final season and the final episode...they really should have stated...that since they had her design and a v.a. ready to go that "Amazons can't be replicated by your world, Master Wayne."

    Hey all you hardcore CN fans out there, you guys should make a fan-made Cartoon Network 2D animated series that acts like a long-lost family friendly Futurama show that's not only a masterclass gem in it's own right entirely, but it's also easily hands down THE top-tier absolute best prime example of even if and only if it was a full-on Futurama rip-off show for the family audiences, it's turns out to be a outright unexpectedly impressive Futurama rip-off show that we diehard folks alike didn't know at all we wanted it all along call: Dave Witness The World Of Tomorrow! And the quality of it needs to be such a downright breath-takingly beyond incredible quality over quantity spectacle to behold for all the right reasons why, especially by rip-off TV show title standards and by today's modern day Hollywood era animation standards, it'll genuinely make you believe you're actually watching a long-lost official Cartoon Network Futurama show, period! Also later on in this series, Leslie and Sarah (both the Leela and Amy of this family friendly Futurama show) finally decide to start a top-secret lesbian relationship with each other and tell Dave all about it when the time is perfectly right and both Leslie and Sarah not only party out hard like it's the year 1999 all over again at quite possibly THE top-tier jaw dropping spectacular fun lesbian girls/drop dead Maxim Magazine sexy gorgeous lesbian girls-only 24/7 31st Century rave party and arcade/beach and spa resort & amusement park pier ever in existence, but then later on work there too as both rave party lesbian cage dancers and beach bikini models as well. You guys can also watch Dave And The World Of Tomorrow either on both the old school retro Cartoon Network Video/Warner Home Video video and Laserdisc to make it feel like you're seriously right back in both the good old 1990's decade and to your beloved childhood days once again like no time has passed at all to you (not even for the slightest nanosecond), no questions asked, or on the current crystal clear 4 to 8K Ultraviolet HD DVD and Blu-ray/Blu-ray 3D too.

    I’m surprised the team up with JLU and the legion of superheros wasn’t mentioned. That was a hell of team up. Also I’m not sure if the Supergirl/ brainiac 5 romance was canon but it became it after that ep

    • @Superlad9494
      @Superlad9494 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Supergirl and Brainiac 5 were always a canon couple. In the Pre-Crisis comics, they dated until a year before the Crisis, but they couldn't be together because Kara's literally old enough to be his Great Grandmother, so she met a similar guy once on Dream Girl's world and had some happiness before she did not return from the Crisis.
      Pre-Crisis Earth-1 had a way of coming up with very good reasons why certain couples couldn't be until the Crisis happened.
      Supergirl was also on Jimmy's radar once, but it was revealed that because of Lucy Lane it couldn't happen on Earth-1.
      Speaking of, they did attempt to make that one work, but Superman order the Legion's ladies to make Jimmy not go through with it since "well Jimmy, if you want to be my pal, you can't be married" as it was considered that if Superman is like a kid playing dad (like Peter Pan), then Jimmy Olsen is the equivalent of Nibs, the "oldest son" of the Lost Boys...and each girl Jimmy encountered would take the role of Wendy which always wound up with Clark convincing Jimmy to not give up his status as Superman's pal...because giving it up would also mean giving up the chance to also be sidekick and hang out with Nightwing as Flamebird, Superlad or Elastic-Lad or a composite Super-Batman as he had the BvS relationship with Nightwing during the Pre-Crisis era, but it vanished Post-Crisis due to the Elastic Lad situation being too traumatic for Jimmy to have ever gotten to do all the fun stuff he did Pre-Crisis.
      Batwoman 1 encountered jealousy issues from Talia on the day Bruce was gonna propose.
      Most lanterns are married to their jobs.
      Flash could only marry in the future because the then-present surface world of Earth-1 would have never accepted a super-powered being and a non-super one being married...not even if Superman was the one to marry a mortal woman or Wonder Woman married a mortal man.
      Superman on the other hand didn't marry because he was afraid of committment which causes Lois to dump him cold and leave Metropolis...although Earth-1 comics were suggesting he would have chosen Lana Lang anyway since he had already chosen Lois on Earth-2.
      Nightwing and Starfire...had interruptions concerning Raven having a few objections at their wedding.
      Wonder Woman was ultimately the only one of the big 3 to get with Steve on two of the main Earths that would eventually build New Earth (1 and 2), but that was only because "well if it's the end, I'll finally accept those endless proposals." as Earth-1 Diana was as stubborn as Bruce about relationships...Earth-2 had tried to be, but at least she relented after WW2 citing "even a Wonder Woman can't wait that long."

At the time they show has some interesting stories besides the Batman versus Dracula which the title alone is awesome. They’re two episodes that are very interesting. The first is cash for toys where Bruce Wayne shuts down a dangerous toy company and the owner wants revenge so Gordon gives Bruce a police bodyguard. I don’t think the DCAU did episode where that’s happened if they did I apologize the second two of a kind basically Paul dini wanted to do something different with Harley Quinn’s origin so he made this episode and let’s face it creators wanting to do something different with characters is it unheard of

    But damned if the whole thing being the brain child of Amanda Waller doesn’t make *so much sense* that it pushed me right into accepting the twist. She so WOULD do that, which made it a lot easier to agree with Terry when it helped him make a new peace with his life and move forward.
