Excellent video as usual guys! Perfect example of awareness and understanding of technique. One of my favourite books in the grappling world is zen jiu jitsu by Oliver Starrk. He has a series, not of techniques but "comcepts" although the book is geared to BJJ I'd argue the information in the books can be applied to any grappling arts / sports. Anyway one of the point he makes in the book is about being awere of your own and your opponent's body positions. This opening sequence in this video is a perfect example of this. Don't just "float" in grappling (either stand up or ground) as if you aware of yours and you opponent's position there are unlimited possibilities.
I want to roll with this Johnny person. Sounds familiar. I try to fight the highest ranks. I prefer fighting black belts. If I'm gonna lose I might as well learn something in the process. My goal is to put up a good fight and learn something new
