- Today I’m Using The Realistic Jamaican Jerry Crochet Braid To Do a Quick and Easy Box Braid Tutorial. You won’t believe how simple it is to achieve. I will be showing you step by step as I go along. And the packs I used are very affordable.

You're like me with the crochet. It is ALOT quicker though and neater in the sense your is hidden underneath.
Recently though I tried out doing part crochet in the back and then doing the individual method in the front half.
I think it works way better in my opinion.
You should try it out if you haven't already.

I'm curious, what happens when you get to the end of your hair? do you stop there? or continue braiding and it just stays without a rubber band or anything?
I stop when I get to the end and it stays in place because my hair is natural and the synthetic hair is curly

Thank you. After doing it, I never added anything to it. It stayed beautiful the whole time. I believe you can go swimming with it. I dont see why not.

I didn't have to do anything. I think they stay because of how curly the hair is

Well, because my hair is natural and the hair is curly, I only just braid it to the end of my natural hair and that's it.
This is beautiful ❤️ did the hair just interlock and stay sealed on its own, or did you have to seal it somehow?
Because my hair is natural and the hair has such tight curls, i believe thats what prevents it from unraveling.

Hi 👋🏽 again, I’m in process of doing my hair right now. Do you have a video that shows how you maintained this protective style? I’m also wondering how would I go about wash day, I apologize for all the questions but I’m use to wearing Micro
I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this. I dont wash my hair when I'm wearing braids. I usually wait until I take them down. When I sleep at night, I tie them down or use a bonnet. I sometimes spray them sometimes with oild or water, or some water mixed with leave in. That's all.

Lol, yes girl, closing my eyes makes a big difference. The hair really doesn't get frizzy by the time I take them out, so no, I dont experience that.

Your hair came out really pretty. How long did it take and how do you keep the braids from unravelling with so much of the ends loose? Thanks
Thank you. It took me about 4 hours with me breaking in between. i believe the reason why it doesn't unravel is because my hair is natural for one, and the hair has a tight curl.
How long did the hair last ? Any tips for keeping that hair up ?
I usually keep my hair in for 3-4 weeks and yes it was still looking good when i took it out. If you want it to last a long time, spray oil on it and tie it at night when you go to bed.

Thank you. I didnt use anything. Because the curl pattern is so tight, it stays without adding anything.

Would you recommend this hairstyle for ppl wit longer hair? Like shoulder length?
It can still work because the hair is long. The only difference, you would have more of your hair braided, which isn't a bad thing. It all depends on your preference.
