From IIM it's relatively easier to get hired as they mostly look for MBA. Other than that Only UG they hire is top 5 IIT. IVY grads also join this wall street Giant. There was an IPS officer who left and did his MBA and converted to McK. Btw CEO of Google Mr Pichai was also from McKinsey and later on got into Google. Just to gove an idea had to write an essay almost xD.
