You probably got that bolt out by now, but here's a way I had to get any bolt out. You have to sacrifice that torx socket. Hopefully it's an inexpensive one. Tack weld it to bolt and out it goes. You might be able to save the socket by diegrinding the welds off. Good luck brother. Spread the knowledge.
Yo JH. Glad those “nuts” came off the light fixture. My Roadmaster had a problem with that same seatbelt bolt but the issue was the alignment and the threads. Once you get it out and are putting it back in, make sure you leave the 1st bolt a little loose so the 2nd one can line up easier. Then go back and tighten. Other than cutting or drilling/extracting, the other way I can think to get that bolt out is a big ass vice grip. Could be a bad angle for that.
Take an angle grinder or Drexel and cut a slot in it for a big flathead screwdriver to fit it
