This is the game that tells me that the Bucks have turned a corner as a team. Yes the Celtics look incredible but the Bucks now look like a legitimate threat to come out of the East but it all depends on how well Dame plays because if plays like this the Bucks will be almost impossible to beat. Great win by the Bucks who are surging at the right time.

AJ Green has been great for the Bucks he isn’t scared to shoot clutch shots and is always confident when he shoots. I like what I’ve seen. Also is very scrappy on defense despite his size and knows how to position himself

And this game is huge. Clippers are no slouches and played their best team out, have great perimeter defenders in Kawhi and PG13 (not as good as last time but still very solid) and Dame able to score against them, quite a couple one v one against one of them

Hopefully seeing Dame light it up today will make Giannis realize he doesn't have to hog-cheese the ball all the time. Dame's fire really comes out when he has the ball... unfortunately, that's the same for Giannis. I would love to see the Bucks figure out a balance between the two.
You need to look up the usage rate it’s about even plus they take the same mini shots of game sometimes Dame take more. When Giannis takes the ball in 7 times out of 10 it goes in.
Giannis is more efficient and I believe he even takes less shots then Dame

i think Dame needs to be the FOCAL POINT of the offense. He tends to take a step back which is normal as Giannis is so dominant and can score at will but then Dame will not have more chances to get hot so the idea is to make more plays for Dame and let him more often than not, be the first option in defense since Giannis can score anytime he wants with his physical prowess. In that way, Giannis can also focus more on defense which is his strong suit so all in all, its a win-win situation for both offense and defense.

As it turns out, it was a compability issue. Who would've thought that a Giannis and Dame duo can't really mesh in the get go considering on paper their abilities compliment each other perfectly?
Giannis is just too dominant so Dame tends to take a backseat but u need touches and control of the game to get a feel of the game and get hot, so after this game, Giannis might give more responsibility to Dame and let him cook while he try to focus more on defense. I think that would work really well, as Giannis is a fantastic defender anyways

Yea it really comes down to touches. You have all the good players but only so many touches to go around. Dame out of everyone took, the biggest backseat, he went down in ppg to bring up his assists per game. But that won’t suffice in close games, I think Gianni’s should split touches with Dame down the stretch because the truth is. Dame is the only closer on this team next to Bobby Portis. Giannis not a good closer. He’s a person who could run wild early in getting the lead. Let dame keep it. Or honestly. Make Gianni’s into a wemby type player. Force him to set screens and actually be a big man. Cause don’t get me wrong Gianni’s is good, but it has a lot to do with his size and athleticism. Outside of that his skills would be just average. A guy like jokic would be a much better center because he has the technical skills yet isn’t half as athletic as Gianni’s. Giannis needs to humble himself to that if he wants this to be a dynasty.
