Life is a life, not to be disrespectful Rabbi at all. Compassion is a trait of Hashem.

I have a two part question, in fact it could be 3 parts. Those very observant Jews who wear the garb etc and appear to be kosher, and arnt really, what happens to them. Are they considered secular or religious. What category would they fit into, when it comes to saving lives. My other question is...
    In my siddur (the artscroll)
Above each chapter of Pirkei Avos, it says
EVERY JEW HAS A PLACE IN THE WORLD TO COME
so theres a bit of a contradiction when it is written that some Jews will lose there place in the world to come.
My personal belief, if im entitled to it, Hashem is the only true judge, and He alone will decide who will be there and who wont we cant say because you did this now this will happen to you, so if a person who breaks Shabbos are they as evil as someone who murders. Im asking for my own sake, cause i am not perfect, but i do try. Hashem is the only Judge that can see into our hearts and so in my humble opinion, He alone will decide. I know what it says in the Torah, but Hashem is merciful, and heaven knows we are already paying for our sins right here, and right now, surely our punishment here must count for something.
    According to what i know
All Jews and all righteous gentiles have a place in the world to come. Im sure Hashem will decide, who will be there and who wont, after all
    HE IS THE TRUE JUDGE

Let me be more clear about my question. So many Jews are returning to Hashem. Communities that are still Orthodox are full, even when they extend the eruv, there is very little housing if any. Homes in the eruv are disgustingly expensive. To drive to shul today is more than someone just deciding not to live in the community. I've been looking for a long time for the opportunity to live in the eruv. I won't drive but I miss out on Shabbos, Yom Tov and yes, I do learn at home, alone. Maybe Rabbis and the community can find other areas to build a shul or at least a learning center in areas where Jewish members strongly desire to be in shul even if they have to drive. Instead of just saying they can't, maybe Rabbis could start giving solutions. We need them!

03:16:30 In my opinion it was better to put the children in a Christian orphanage home and save their lives (even if they turn to Christians), than to let them die as Jews. Mainly because when the children can survive and live a "normal" life, there is always a chance, that they will leave idol worshipping and discover Judaism. To be a Noachide or to convert to Judaism. If they live, they have a lot of opportunities and we can hope and prey, that they will get and use a chance.

I don’t read anywhere in Torah that one cannot drive. One cannot work, no driving is an interpretation of rabbis. HaShem would want a person to be amongst others to pray together ? Todays society and culture with over miles and less Jews to have local, it is a blessing to have ability to bring the children to see others pray and join minion.

Don't tell people what HaShem would want when He tells you exactly what he wants in His Torah. Starting a fire, on Shabbat is kareta cut for the soul forever), this isn't "from the rabbis" it's right there in chumash! An ignition in a a car is literally as the name implies "igniting" a fire in the engine, that fire is made bigger every time you hit the gas.
