It’s very famous for the beaches Moncayo, El Campo etc. A very popular place is Reina Sofia Park. And of course there are supermarkets (Carrefour, Lidl etc), shops, open street markets. The nearest big shopping center is Habaneras and is located at 15 minutes drive towards Torrevieja.
I was wondering about the laundry room. Where do you do laundry? Laundry room with washer/dryer machine are very, very import for anybody. The advertised price it's totally different than the one you told in the video. Did you say, the Furnitures are not including in the asking price? Why is the actual price of the property always much higher than what is advertised in the titles of this company's videos?
as I understand... this is the minimum price. There are 9 apartments like this and starts from 155.000 €. Apparently there is a different area, etc.
