Please never stop updating us on your journey. I'm diagnosed with Endometriosis and PCOS at 22, Idk if I'll ever have kids in the future so I'm happy seeing your journey. Good lucky Mindy!
Sounds like a very thorough clinic!! Also- if it was me, I would totally have Larry do my injections. He’s so calm and careful by nature and also has a comforting way about him. Perfect guy for the job! ❤️
I did IVF years ago and was blessed with triplets. They are now 18 years old. 💜💜💙🙏 Good luck 🍀 I have a fear of needles as well so my husband gave me my shots. You need to keep your eye on the prize and if I could do it, you can too. Have him practice on an orange. That’s what my doctor had my hubby do.
@@khadejahharris8001 we lived in Southern California when we went through our journey (19 years ago) and were able to get the non-temperature sensitive injections over the boarder in Mexico which saved us thousands of dollars. The company my husband worked for also had a special rider added to our insurance to help us. Lastly, I had gotten a small sum of money from when my grandmother passed so we were able to use that towards our expenses. If I remember correctly, there are loan programs out there. I would ask your fertility doctor about assistance.
My husband and I did IVF in 2017 after trying for 3.5 years for our second baby. 3 failed IUIs. First try with IVF and we conceived our beautiful baby boy! I will be praying for you and Larry! Fingers crossed that you get your positive 🙏🏻♥️
So happy for you to start your journey. I did IVF last August and the process was quick (we didnt test the embryos or have a practice transplant) I started meds August 14th.We transplanted on August 31st and my daughter was born May 19th. My best advice to you is to stay excited and positive. I dreaded the thought of med side effects and ended up having none, I was sad when I ended up with only 6 mature eggs from the retrieval but ended up with 4 healthy embryos by transfer day. I kept telling myself it wasn't going to work during the two week wait because everyone else I knew that went through the process took several attempts and I ended up pregnant. Everyone's journey is different and looking back I wish I embraced the process instead of fearing it. You got this Mindy! 💕
TTC with you. On 4th try naturally. and it is sooo comforting going through it with others even if virtually. I feel like trying to conceive is always kept so hush hush and is taboo but that makes it sooo much harder. So nice having everyone rooting for each other.
“My heart feels like firecrackers” - you’re so cute!!! Congratulations guys!!! Couldn’t be happier for you. All the positivity and love in the world to you both!
Literally teared up when you said your heart feels like firecrackers! That was the perfect description! I have not been through this but as a 35yr old with no kids I can only imagine. Good luck to you 2 I'll be watching like always the whole journey.
So happy to hear that the journey has officially started with dates in mind that things may happen. I have watched over the last 2 years, hoping for the best for you both!
Here I am locked in my bathroom sitting on the floor to watch your video uninterrupted. All the while hearing my son doing his usual vocal chorus of compliments while making his bed ( he is just going to mess up again anyway) and my daughter sticking her hands under the door to show me the moth she caught and my husband right behind her telling her it's my quiet time to watch mindy... she can show me in a second. And all I can think about is how excited I am for mindy and Larry and baby minx to be living their own version of this daily life routine.
Good luck! Excited to see your journey!! What got me through it was doing everything to distract myself,, taking my meds with me so I could keep having a life instead of sitting around, waiting for my next needle. I'm 5w1d today, first round of ivf first transfer. I hope everything goes as well for you as it did for us! Find some new hobbies distraction is key!
We are pregnant 29 weeks and it's IVF baby. My husband is 14 years older than me. We couldn't get pregnant naturally. And we failed fresh embryo transfer. So devastating 😢. I do understand you because I was in your shoes. These injection sound painful and horrible but I can assure you that once you get pregnant and you start feeling your baby moving you will forget those injection days. Congratulations!!! So happy for you!!
I just had my first IUI, which was negative. I'm going to do one more IUI. I'm thinking about IVF for my 3rd attempt if needed. So thank you for this video!
Best of luck! I was devastated after my 3rd failed IUI but never lose hope! Keep going no matter what. It’s a long and trying journey. We’re here for you🥰 Sending you love and prayers!
Hiiiiieeee Mindy, Larry, Luna and Lexi 💕 I’m SO excited for you both as you go through this journey 💕 wishing you the best and you both are in my thoughts and prayers daily 💕
My husband & I tried for 3 years with multiple different kinds of fertility treatments, including IUI. We did 2 embryo transfers last fall/winter & our IVF rainbow baby is due in 3 weeks! It’s a very hard & long road, but positivity & Faith go a long way! Praying you get your sweet baby soon!❤️
Yes thank you for sharing!! I never realized how lonely TTC is until we started. It seems like there are so many pregnancy announcements lately and not many talk about the process❤️
Love the cup at the start of the video. Omg loads of baby dust sent to u and Larry 💞. I'm a single mom by choice and the anxiety for me started at 32 weeks when I though my son was going to be born but he stayed but and got to 41 weeks and a 10lb boy ❤️ who is now 11
Best wishes to you both on this journey!! I am scared of needles as well, and what helps me is to use something to cover your eyes (look away if not possible), take a few minutes to relax, take deep breaths and try not to think about anything, and make sure the person (Larry) doing the injections does not warn you or count down. I've found its so much easier and less painful to be in a relaxed state and be completely unaware of when its going to happen. Its amazing how easily it is to freak ourselves out and how the body reacts to that in different ways. Sending positive vibes!
So happy for your journey!!! You got this!!! I had my IVF transfer in February with only one embryo making it to blastocyst and testing genetically normal. I also did an ERA (mock cycle) and so glad I did! Baby is due in October! Sending you lots of prayers and well wishes!
I was in your shoes 2 months ago and know exactly how you’re feeling, especially the overwhelming feeling of the injections! It is ALL worth it!! One thing that helped me so much was the IVF subreddit on Reddit. Soooo many questions and answers from the IVF community and a tremendous amount of support. Wishing you and Larry all the best!!! And you should totally have Larry do the shots!
Good luck and sending you all the good vibes to you both hoping and praying for a happy and healthy journey ahead. Can’t wait to watch and see what happens next. Love your videos ❤️
Same here with needles, my advice is ask for a butterfly/smaller needle and have ice cold water in hand for when ears start to ring and you feel faint. All the best!
So excited for you guys, babies are a blessing, my daughter was the best thing to happen to me. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I love seeing the excitement in you and Larry and I hope your first embryo works out!!
Please take care if yourself first and foremost. I know you feel loyal to your video update schedule, but your wellbeing and that of your baby is much more important. Praying for you and baby binx.
So happy for you both the advice I have for you is just relax ( which I know will be hard) and stay as calm as possible. No lifting and no extra anything just be calm
Me again....Mindy and Larry please do think of yourselves first and foremost....if you miss a video, l think everyone will understand. You are going thru a lot...you are smart to already know that you may have some rough days...you are strong..take care of you first, Larry, kitties and lovely parents, brother and gpa! Love you!🎈🎈🎈🎈
So excited for you both. I did Ivf in the 90s and it was definitely emotional but exciting. I also have titled uterus. I know it’s scary but truthfully the injections are not bad. Stomach below the belly button is where r had done them and switch sides each time to avoid bruising. I know it stings but it’s over quickly after. My husband helped me with injections that helps. And its a lot I remember going like every other day for blood work and ultrasound alt least for a couple weeks to measure the eggs and blood work levels. I wish you so much luck and a smooth journey. I could go on and on lol but if you have any questions please reach out I’ve been through it all. Just remember you are not alone. Hugs and prayers 🥰🙏
I'm so excited for you both!! One day at a time. You will get there. You're strong and courageous, and you've got a great support system. You've got this. My youngest son was born on May 28th, and he was due on June 17th. I understand the concept of a baby in the heat of Summer. My oldest son was a Winter baby. He was due December 20th, and I was induced on January 3rd, and I was at 42 weeks. The wonderful thing about it, is that he and I have birthdays back to back. My birthday is January 2nd. Love y'all and I will be praying for you!!!
Thank you for sharing this is really comforting in the feeling alone process. I am on the clomid journey the last 4 months and its so stressful and heart breaking at times with no positive result. Praying for a positive result this round.
Love you guys both. I am from Russia, moved in USA recently and your beautiful English helps me to learn more about life in USA, about relationship between man and woman, i like the sounds your voices as well! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us!
Wow I never realized all the stuff that needs to happen right before the embryo transfer! Sending all the love and prayers! It will be great to not be prego during summer! Believe me! 😂 ❤️ Thank you again for sharing and being so open with us! 🥰
I also have a tilted uterus and have 3 very healthy and beautiful babies, ages 8, 13, and 15. I am now 35. The only thing I experienced was some preterm labor during each pregnancy, which they were able to stop in all cases except my middle child. In that case, however, he was 7 lbs 8oz at 33 weeks and I went into labor due to his large size and the fact that my water broke. 8 days of NICU (and yes, he was the loudest baby 😂) and he was perfectly fine. No worries mama! You’ve got this! 😁✨
I can tell you that you will get used to the needles. I had ptsd related to needles from an experience when I was 12. I didn’t go through IVF but I did end up with gestational diabetes. I had many breakdowns each day from when I was diagnosed to when I had to start testing my blood sugar which was about a week. Once I started having to draw my own blood, it was only about a day before I could do it without freaking out and only a few days before I could do it without having to countdown first. The journey to becoming a mother, will make you aware you are stronger than you ever thought.
Wowwwww I can’t believe it’s finally here Mindy and Larry… I’m so so happy and excited to go through this journey together with y’all! I know your excited and can’t wait. I was so happy when I got back from vacation and saw you are starting your journey and have been waiting so patiently to start that as soon as I got home I immediately started watching your videos that I’ve missed while being gone. Thank you for being so strong and sharing this journey with the world. I’ll keep you in my prayers you and Larry deserve the world and sweet little one to come. I love you all hope all is well. Muah 😘💪💪🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼😘😘🥰🥰💕💕
So happy your journey is starting and stay positive. Sending prayers and good vibes for a successful journey. Where did you get your laptop screen saver? I love it. Feeling the fall vibes while we are in a heat wave type weather lol. cannot wait for fall and cooler temps.
I have kids that are 20, 18, 17 and tubes were tied so no more babies for me but im obsessed with your journey because I can relate to your age gap marriage!! We are all here for you And you don’t have to explain yourself..you are more then perfect..you have so much love and support ..family that loves you and if people get offended by your happiness they don’t have to watch! You are in my prayers and it will be worth it in the end!! ❤️❤️
So happy for this journey !! The Saline ultrasound is a Sonohysterogram. Very common for patients who may have infertility issues and they do this to investigate the conditions in there.
Such an inspirational video! Thank you and Larry for being willing to share your journey. Happy that this process is going good for you overall and the shots haven’t been too much trouble for you either. You have such a great support system with Larry and your family/friends and ALL OF US OUT HERE, lol 😆
Mindy your such a joy to watch ! So excited for you and Larry and the journey! Your definitely in my prayers ! Sending all the love and positive vibes your way 💕
I'm so excited for the both of you. Thank you for taking us on your journey. I don't comment a lot but know I watch every single video and love you both.
Good afternoon I am so happy for you and Larry I hope everything works out cause Larry and you will be wonderful parents so I’ll be praying that everything will work out!!😍❤️

Sounds like a very thorough clinic!! Also- if it was me, I would totally have Larry do my injections. He’s so calm and careful by nature and also has a comforting way about him. Perfect guy for the job! ❤️
He’s the best and the clinic has been amazing through the IVF cycle🥰

My oldest son was a Winter baby. He was due December 20th, and I was induced on January 3rd, and I was at

it, is that he and I have birthdays back
to back. My birthday is January 2nd.
