Good luck finding a new one for $200, the Kia dealers sell new OEM back up cameras for this vehicle for $600 - $900 depending on the dealer.

2011 Kia Forte5 SX....Trunk latch not working, I literally have to climb into the back and use a butter knife to push the emergency latch. Back up camera not working either (interior screen is black)...because they are in the same area, does one have anything to do with the other???

No, not in the camera itself. Replacing the camera would be the only option, or you could remove the one with condensation and bring it inside to dry up.

You just made my day... My Kia dealer told me a camera new costs €475 ex. VAT (thats €574,75 with VAT) Now I got a good alternative. Thank you!
*Edit: ended up at rockauto dot com for the replacement Dorman 590-626 for a total cost of $168,78 (€155,20) to have it shipped to my me from the USA to NL, can't beat those prices. I think i need to order some extra and sell them here for just €250 and make some extra pocket money. OMG! Thanks again for the tip!
