You have to check weather forecast before starting concrete,
If it’s very important to pour concrete then you have to keep plastic covers and also try to make shade on concrete area. If the area is big then postpone it

It’s depends on weather but after 6 or 7 hrs you can start curing with portable water

You have to conduct work inspection request as per your ITP.
Why meshladders are provided?
To tie wall with column ,and to strengthen the wall .
