Vegetable lasagna

Today I want to share with you one of my favourite dishes at home; this vegetable lasagna is an economical dish that is delicious.
Ingredients: For 4 people
12 lasagna pasta sheets
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 leek
2 carrots
1 zucchini
6 medium mushrooms
150 g fresh spinach
Salt and pepper
A teaspoon of garlic powder
Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce or fried tomato
Grated Parmesan cheese
For the bechamel:
40 g butter
40 g wheat flour
600 ml milk
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
