​@@Laurawells09В России это называется воздушная гимнастика и это официально вид спорта,проводятся соревнования 🙂 Можно выступать на кольце, полотнах либо стропах.У нас конечно 2 направления это спорт и арт В спорте важно удерживать элементы по 5 секунд,к так же стопы и колени должны быть натянутыми.I don't know, do you understand me😊
