It is a +8 year old glitch, I am sure you can find a guide that explains it well enough. But I will say there are a lot of ways to do it, not just one. You can quickswitch the medpack or medkit, you can have different timing and angle and you can be running, stationary or walking (you need to sprint during the "vault" tho)

I dont use stretch res anymore and I think its done like in any other game. If youre on NVIDIA, go to NVIDIA control panel, enable custom resolutions and create your own stretched resolution for example 1440x1080. Then go in game and activate the resolution from settings.
0:40 look at the linearity of rotation in 180 degrees with instant fire at the exact point. It is impossible to rotate 180 degrees without moving the mouse vertically even just a little. Anyway, clear use of aim lock.

Especially makes sense when you consider a lot of competitive gamers run 240 to 480hz monitors and what's like 6+ frames on their screen is like, 1 on youtube cause 60fps only.

It's impossible to be absolutely perfect 100% of the time, yea, but it's possible to be insanely accurate with extreme consistency and it disgusting target switches. It takes hundreds of hours of practice to do it, but it's 100% doable. I have friends who can do it, and I can myself. It takes time, dedication, and some decent gear.
