    I seen Henry at mount barker playing hockey for Esperance and I wanted to say hi and talk about farming but I was to scared to I might tomorrow

    Will the new Aboriginal cultural heritage laws affect your farm operations?

      It should really affect us unless we want to do something major like digging another dam.
      From the way we understand the act its just like for like, so you can continue doing everything you were normally doing under the old act under this new act its just if you want to do something different is when we would need to contact them and get their approval

      @@tomsbrookfarm Sky news stated that if a land owner was to dig a hole deeper than 50cm they would be required to seek approval from an aboriginal elder at $160hr. Sad if the information is correct, especially for those hard working land owners.
