Hey Finn! I really enjoy watching your videos! I'm new in the fandom, i decided to become a furry because of videos from you and other content creators! That's all i wanted to say, i hope you will have a good day!
@@EnderGamerGirl "On God is a phrase which is a way of saying that someone is telling the truth. Similar to another phrase such as "I swear to God." Knowing my luck with my memory's seemingly endless desire to see me suffer, I'd forget that I had the list when I need it the most, and only remember it when I've completely forgotten what I'd put in it. It's like having the unfailing power to remember exactly what you need from the grocery store... After getting back from the grocery store.
Hi finn thanks for this useful information I will follow your advice and actually use a notepad to write down names as well because I’m sometimes forgetful
So I have a question, when at a convention dressed in your fursona and you meet another furry, do you ask for their fursona’s name, both their real name and fursona’s name, or their real name? And when introducing yourself, do you say your fursona’s name, your real name, or both?
Good question! In most contexts inside the furry fandom, I always introduce myself and prefer to be called by my fursona name. I also do the same with others and only use their fursona name even at places outside of a convention. The only time I will use my or someone else's real name is when I'm legally required to, like paying for a hotel or registration at a con
@@FinnThePanther okay cool! Also do you have any tips for naming a fursona? I drew mine, but I’m not creative with names, so I have no clue where to even begin to name her.
Bro, that’s not where I do that all the time it’s just extra precautions so that way you don’t make yourself look like a complete idiot man I do that all the time don’t get lonely man
Perhaps, though I must say it's pretty much just the same as adding a note on someone on discord When I talk to people on discord I always write down their interests, and things that would be good to remember to make conversations easier to carry out and more interesting to the other person, I think really it's just the context that makes it seem more phychotic irl (even though alot of us do it online subconciously)
@@KatDoesCrime Idk, I have a small group of friends and not many outside interactions with entire communities. I'm an introvert and sociopath so I don't like mingling with people I don't see value in. Plus, most interactions I've had with others in the fandom have been... well you know the types, sob story, obnoxiously annoying, don't have any social skills or awareness... it's just not been that worth it to find fun individuals sifting through the clingy weirdos.
@@FoxElliottAh yeah, honestly fair enough I understand that, and that's totally okay on your part! Again I guess it really depends on the context of the situation, and the people involed aswell as their intentions ^^
"less annoying fox" hahahahahaha xD
Also: "The wrong type of panther." Is there a schism between jaguar and leopard-based panthers?

…you ok?
@@EnderGamerGirl Yeah. I just tend to forget stuff at the worst time and don't remember until much later when I don't need to remember it.
We are all so werid 😂
But we are the funny.s ❤
Finn's videos actually give useful info in a fandom that concentrates a lot on filler. Big love to the panther ❤
Super ingenious idea, especially when furs comment, "Remember me" and it's been a year or a week.
I would also say that it is good to understand if someone you just met forgets your name
We are only human
That's so cool, never thought of that
I generally just say Hey fart stick. I forgot your name. Hehe.
I've done this when starting a new job, because you have to learn so many new names quickly.
I usually save my contacts with the place/group where I met people
Hahaha I never expected to see *another* furry keeping a directory of furs they've met in a Notion page :D
Great minds think alike, I guess!
I never been good with remembering people's names in real life yet I can name practically every Disney animated character from the '90s
A pokedex for furries. Furdex
if we would just normalize everyone handing out business cards at the end of positive interactions we could justify going back to the rollodex days :3
This is the perfect time that you make a video while I’m on a call
Great way and thanks.

Owo remember me 😂 I'm orange candycorn doggo! Woof!
"nice meeting you bro, oh wait what was your name again? Lemme add you to my spreadsheet" 😂
Cabby from II be like

Yep! Just depends on how you or the other person wishes to go by!

I forgot my friends names all the time lol
OMG I MADE MY MOM BECOME AN FURRY 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Hey Finn my Name is Becky I ‘m a subskeriber.
Yeah that looks like a good idea I think I'll start doing that and labeling people
no one knows what a rolodex is anymore. And I'm laughing with the people who do.
Green goblin no purple panther

This is psychotic behavior lmao
