First Story: This shows 2 things. If you are using a company that is doing the company extremely well for a very good price. Then do not do anything to get rid of them. Or let them get underbid by a company that doesn't care and uses worse equipment while also having a plan to charge a ton more after a bit to increase their profit margins. The second thing this story shows is that greed can be a company's undoing. Zenith Systems was greedy with everything and only cared about making more money without increasing costs.
Second/Title Story: This is why you should always know the boundaries of you property and why you should always go after a company if they are trying to steal your land. As the judge will almost always side with the landowner and make the company pay.
