Dang happy bday bro! I know exactly how you are feeling because when I broke my collarbone last year I couldn’t even roller until I was all healed. You’re right life goes on you just have to take it slow at your pace and try not to rush back into it before you body is ready. Keep your spirits high and this will just be another chapter in no time!
