Well here is a tip
Instead on using blocks on the bottom use panels and control surfaces and delta wings, also add hidden rockets to speed up

me (doing 10000mph thanks to a hover drive engine): this is not fast enough

hmm, it's kind of not stealthy, maybe add more wedges and wedgeblocks? also, you need less of a clunky shape (wedges), and hide your pilot.
edit: after some experimentation, try to make it look like two half triangle wedges together, that will get your plane stealthy and get your plane look sleeker.
