Honestly this helped me so much I think I’ll honestly listen to this whenever I’m sad or feel suicidal I honestly started crying when watching Killua is my biggest comfort character and this is like therapy
Living in a chaotic household together with Killua, Gon, Kurapika and Leorio. You’re the quieter one and when things get really bad, you seem to disappear. You have a special spot in the house where the noise isn’t so loud and you can cry without everyone noticing. They know you suffer with horrible mental illnesses and how it takes a toll on your social battery. Whenever they all notice that you’re gone, one of them agrees to go up and find you and be there for you one on one. Leorio is least likely to come up and help but you don’t mind as much since at least someone is there for you on your mild and hardest times. Sometimes you want all of them to just join you in laying on the floor and talking. You would all talk about mental health for a bit, but then would begin to talk about all the happiest moments and achievements in their lives. You would each take turns saying how each of them specifically changed your life for the better. You knew that it not only helped you, it helped all of them, even if they weren’t suffering. They still had bad days and doing this together made it easier. Because together, you were family. A family full of love, laughter, hugs and trust. You may not have been born into this family, but it’s a family that you built out of the people who truly care about you

I have depression, having a depressive episode isn’t just being sad. It’s more than that. You can just suddenly become happy. For people with depression it take so much work and effort and support to become happy again. It’s not like your upset one day and good the next. It doesn’t work like that with depression.
