So many of my favorite country singers are now in HEAVEN SINGING WITH THE ANGELS 🙏Sorry but we have lost REAL COUNTRY MUSIC. I don't understand how so many even get to perform at THE OPRY!I don't know how some can even be called COUNTRY. If you can't tell by now i grew up with the OLD COUNTRY MUSIC and still listen COUNTRY. I play CONWAY,GEORGE everyday and wish they were STILL HERE. R.I.P LOVE TO THEM AND ALL THEIR FAMILIES. ❤❤❤♥️

I watch CFR shows each chance I get and think that the band is the best band anywhere. I also love the stories that come out from all the artists.
Laney Smallwood has the voice of true Country. Wonderful videos from family reunion shows. I watch every one and watch and wait for each new/ old episodes. Although most of us have seen the original ones from a few years back I noticed many more singers have been added that were not featured in the original ones so it’s like a brand new episode to me. Love it !

I'm really thrilled about the episode 1 - 4 and it's one of the best shows every seen. I really enjoy the wonderful mixture of outstanding musicians, great singers and story tellers.
I only can second Bill Anderson's question why Laney Smallwood is not a country star. Her singing went directly to my heart. She should still make a carreer now!

Laney Smallwood definitely should have been a big star, I definitely heard some Connie Smith in her voice. So much talent in one room that keeps real country music alive.
Rhonda Vincent is my favorite female country singer. She is flawless.
There is definitely no music like old time country music. What interesting comments and performances by all. Looking forward to future performances and keeping the circle to never be unbroken.
A lot of the older country stars are gone. That's sad. Country music just isn't what it used to be. When the older stars are gone, it just won't be the same.

I watched his concert at the Scope in Norfolk, Va. in the early 90's in support of the police. While singing God Blees The USA, they turned off the lights and all we saw were the waving lights of cigarette lighters. Cellphones were not the trend back then. Very memorable time, then came the huge cell phones as big as my shoes and served as a
weapon lol.

At 80 years old and suffered much heartache, I was 26 when I stopped my heart with drugs. Yes, l was leaving this world from the pain my wife had caused me. I was dead and went to another world not many people come back from. What seemed like eternity was only 3 minutes and 7 seconds after my heart stopped and I was resuscitated at the hospital ER. To this day, I wished I had stayed in that other world. So in the song, he uses that phrase of going to another world, so yes, it was a suicide letter.

Sad to say country music has experienced " Murder On Music Row " the lust for wealth and fame has killed country music and driven fans like me to talk radio! Yes traditional country singers have gotten old and retired and radio doesn't play country anymore even W S M in Nashville has embraced the trash now pawned off as country .Yeh there has been a " MURDER ON MUSIC ROW "
