How to solve that problem where as I took the HDD to a Desktop computer and format it there and also brought back it shows the same error as Working HDD not available

The problem I'm running into is that neither my Intel with win10, my amd with win11, nor even my old desktop with win7 pro can find this damn hdd. Not in Explorer, not in Disk Management, not even in bios. It's a brand new hard drive that apparently doesn't exist.
