Being an army brat has been an advantage definitely but do not compare the life of a civilian to that of an army child. Moving from schools to schools, places to places every 2-3 years gives so much of experience and quality of adaption.

@@hhero88 first of all let me tell you..her father is retd Naib subedar (a Jco rank) from ASC(army service corps) which is not a officer but soldier rank .
And second thing she has not just cleared from army quota but secured AIR 10 and if she was spoiled brat she could not have cleared the exam in her first attempt that too with top rank .
This was just to give you some information plz don't take it otherwise.

Secondly defence brats are more disciplined than other children, there are some officer kids which are spoiled but most of the brats are disciplined because of their fauji dad :-)

But main thing is 5 day SSB interview jisme 30-35 round hote to check mentality, problem solving logics, personality, and last two days for physical tests in which multiple rounds to how they behave with team and leadership plus + procedures used to different hurdles

Thats what youre focusing on? Its literally one of the first batches of female entries in NDA. She had to compete against thousands of men to get to this rank. It is definitely no small feat. You want to see AIR rank 1? Just google. Some of us want to see one of the first females in NDA talking since we have already seen male rankers in the past.

We have had women who have scored 1 st rank in UPSC exams and other even harder entrance exams so what are you trying to say even though a guy gets 1st rank his achievement and hard work should not be shown to the world instead she should get the spotlight just because she is a women..... Thats called sexism

But her achievement is way more important considering the fact the hundreds of men have scored AIR 1 in the past, but we have never seen women do this before. This news exactly highlights that women ARE intelligent and ARE capable of joining the NDA, which we already knew about men. This is not sexism. You know what is sexism? Not letting women join the NDA in 75+ years of its existence. Seems like men in India are so used to calling everything sexism that they fail to recognise real sexism. She is an inspiration to millions of girls in our country, which is why highlighting her achievement is important.
