Love your content 👌 What’s considered a differential?
Differential is how much you win by, like if you win your week 1 game but 4 of your pokemon faint, you earn a +2 differential. If you lose the next game, your total differential will become -4

what is differential, what does it signify
Differential is how many Pokémon someone has alive after they win a match and it’s used for people’s performance ranking. So if two people are tied, someone with higher overall differential will be ranked higher
@@josepagan5699 how is calculated, for example playmore has -1 differential after week 5, how was that calculated or do you not know

How to effectively team build though? I mean how to decide movesets and ev spreads?
Simulation games on showdown
you have to work around potential sets that your opponent will bring, which would involve using the calculator on showdown to see how different movesets, items, and EVs on your opponent's end would work into you, and vice versa how your own builds would be effective versus the opponent. If you watch Joey's teambuilders prior to the match, you can see how he prepares for multiple sets and pokemon when he chooses moves, EVs, and items in order to live hits, guarantee 2 or 3HKOs when taking into account hazards, etc. Hope that helps
