Can you change the fan speed for the auto setting? Currently when i select auto, the fan comes on at high speed and is very noisy. i would like to change it so that when auto is selected the fan comes on at low speed?

yes ,press and hold power button for 3 sec you will enter into time mode. If HVAC on it will show shutdown delay time and if system off will show turn on delay time.
