I think the city knows they have lawsuits coming against them and dont want to pay for a trial right now. A gun isnt the same use of force as a fist. Yes it was technically self defense/stand your ground but if you have a 1v1 fist fight, your friend coming out of the car and shooting the guy punching you is not a justifiable use of force. I think the city knows they have lawsuits coming against them and dont want to pay for a trial right now. A gun isnt the same use of force as a fist. Yes it was technically self defense/stand your ground but if you have a 1v1 fist fight, your friend coming out of the car and shooting the guy punching you is not a justifiable use of force. Tim punching Von, hell even 3 of them jumping Von wouldve been equal. But guns got brought out and that gets murky. Truth is, if they jumped Von someone on his side was gonna start shooting. Both sides had guns. I think because they knew Louie and Sluttys family could sue, they chose to keep the money there instead of fighting a losing case against Tim. Also the cops didnt shoot Von, Tim is the only one who shot him. It was probably survivable but the way Muwap and them drug Von away probably fucked up his insides even more. Tim got shot in the lower half, his trigger finger still worked. I think he stopped shooting for multiple reasons, i dont think he wanted Von dead, just off Quando and hes capitalizing off it.
