SDpeed Sensor Conection Checking Gadget for WSP in LHB Coaches

This is a simple method developed by IRSME Probationers to detect any defect in wiring in the speed sensor circuit of the WSP in LHB Coaches. When a push buton is pressed, the speed sensor circuit of a particular sensor is opened. This causes tow simultaneous actions. First - a fault is logged in the microprosessor which is based on the micropossessor port to which the speed sensor is connected. Second - an LED light glows , which is related to the physical position of the sensor. If the fault code and the LED position match, then the wiring is OK, otherwise there is a fault in the wiring. Utsav Rao, an IRSME Probationer of 2016 batch took the lead to execute this project, and demonstrates its functioning here.
