    This ganji recipe is one of my favorite recipe! It's creamy texture and coconutty flavor just blows my mind. Best when consumed at a warm temperature.😋
    I hope you will try making this recipe at least once as it is so easy and made with available ingredients in our kitchen! ☺️
    Please note:
    Coconut milk is optional but this recipe is just incomplete without it in my eyes!
    I recommend cooking this in ghee as it takes the ganji taste to another level!
    I don't like to disturb it's taste by adding more than 1 chilli
    Tip- Do not add too much ghee or it will feel greasy while eating. But hey, it's your call as per your taste! 🙂
    Ingredients needed:
    1/3rd Cup Rice washed, soaked and air dried
    1/2 Cup Mung dal washed and soaked
    1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
    Half (small) onion diced
    1 small Diced carrot
    2-3 Diced Garlic cloves
    1 green chilli
    Salt as per taste
    Water
    1 Cup Coconut milk
